When genital herpes outbreak occurs, there

brussels sprouts, broccoli and cabbage. Those foods have high indole-3-carbinol
enzyme. Drinking green tea is also great since it has antioxidant and antiviral
function. Raw fruit and vegetable is also great choice for your diet since the
cooked one will lose the vitamin level. Get used to drink fresh vegetable and
